1 Introduction & Key Definitions

33q1 ("we", "us", "the platform") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operating under a Curacao eGaming licence. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 33q1.app website and mobile application.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions at 33q1 are processed through secure payment gateways. The following terms apply to all transactions.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. The maximum single deposit limit may vary depending on the payment method.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Using third-party payment methods is prohibited and may result in account termination.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

General Bonus Terms

• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
• Bonus balance cannot typically be used across all games — eligible games are listed in the respective bonus details.
• No more than one bonus may be active at a time unless specifically authorised.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.

6 Betting Rules & Gameplay Terms

Sports Betting

• Once a bet is placed, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed.
• If an event is cancelled or only partially completed, bets will be settled in accordance with 33q1's own policies.
• 33q1 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.
• Any bet identified as facilitating match fixing or result manipulation will be voided immediately.
• Odds in live betting may change due to internet latency — 33q1 accepts no liability for delays of this nature.

Casino Gaming

• All casino games are RNG-certified and audited by independent third parties.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, 33q1 will arrange a refund of the bet amount.
• Any winnings obtained by exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in game software or systems will be forfeited.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final unless a clear error can be demonstrated.

7 Prohibited Activities & Abuse

33q1 is committed to maintaining a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in immediate account closure.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Coordinating with multiple individuals to place bets specifically to exploit bonuses ("arbitrage" or "bonus hunting").

• Using the platform for money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Threatening, harassing, or attempting to defraud other members.
• Cyber attacks or hacking attempts targeting the game or payment systems.
• Operating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name.

9 Responsible Gaming Terms
